We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at email@example.com with details of the product and the defect. We will replace the product by either sending it to you or we will proceed to refund the funds to the original form of payment.
Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive refund request to be refunded to your account. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
Returns on your own
We will only accept returns to our warehouse for merchandise purchased from USA or Canada. If you would like to return purchased items from rest of the world please contact us.
